You really need to improve your customer support…..

All of these short questions/queries/ answers are fine…. but very difficult to navigate and to get to the particular information that someone might be looking for….

They should be consolidated as a comprehensive and stand-alone INSTRUCTION MANUAL or USER MANUAL…..

And a summary listing of what each Voice is, including its features is needed as a support tool, to help users decide as to which Voices they need, rather than have to download everything before they can find our how each voice sounds…
