I am testing Voice AI and the quality of the output is quite good and I sure would buy a licence but I have some problems:
In general, the processing time is very long and sometimes it won't finish the process.
But the main problem is that the processed voices are gone after saving a project and then restarting it. The files are still in the “processed pool” but can't be activated.
Does somebody know the reason for it and ideally has a solution?

Unfortunately, I can't help you with your DAW because I use Cubase. However, after creating the voice preview in Voice AI, you should finally render it into a separate audio file. In Cubase, I do this using Render in Place.
It should be similar in your DAW; the preview of the voice, after the capture process in Voice AI is complete, then needs to be finally rendered as audio into a separate file. This will then be available in your DAW, even after saving and reopening your project.
