I rebooted my system and now SoundID crashes as soon as it loads. Has anyone experienced this before?

This is a windows 11 system 23H2
I also "reinstalled" downloaded a fresh install of soundid reference but it didn't fix the issue.
Sound ID starts to load then immediatelly crashes as it starts to try to load.
