Sound ID Reference was working fine for a week on sonoma 14.2

I bought Sound ID reference on my mac and everything was running okay for a while. last week out of nowhere no matter how many times i restarted my interface, restarted my mac, restarted the core audio driver, Sound ID just decided to completely stop working. I uninstalled like they have said in the past, but now everytime i install the problem actually gets worse. Now My computer isn't recognizing Sound ID in audio midi setup at all and the default systemwide has disappeared. Can any one steer me in the right direction? This is very disappointing, thank you.
