Sound ID Reference times out

Hello - I'm running a M4 Pro Mac Mini, OS15.3 and I have Sound ID Reference launching on startup.  If I leave it unused long enough (ie - no signal running through it), it stops working and I have to close it and reopen, then it pops back in right away.  I don't know if it's that my comp goes to sleep or just some sort of time out, but it sure is annoying.  I'm using an Antelope Studio 2017 as an interface and running their Orion Studio software console.  Sound ID Reference is my default computer output and everything runs fine while I'm using it.  It's just in between that I'm having to close it and reopen.

Thoughts?
