offline option

Hello - I've been using your product for years now and this last year I'm having to re-activate my product every 10 days or so..  I'll be in the middle of a session with a client and it just turns off.  I've paid for my product as you can fully see, I don't know why I need to jump on my phones hotspot to reactivate when I never had to do that before??  I don't have wifi at my studio as I don't like my studio computer being online.  Is there anything that can be done about this?  I'd really like to not have to look into other products but this is a massive inconvenience and embarrassing when it happens in front of clients.

Can we get an update on this? I use a computer that should be offline most of the time and i hate having to connect to mobile hotspot just to use my studio :/
