macOS - route input to output

Hi friends. I'd like to route the audio input - coming from an audio interface (iConnectivity) - through SoundID Reference and directly to the output of the same audio interface (which is done inside of SoundID). So: Actually I just want to route the audio input to SoundID Reference.

Is that possible without any latency and further applications? I want to use SoundID as an stand alone EQ so to say…
