It has been some time since I had to format my computer, and when I tried to install the software and enter my activation key, I kept getting an error saying that this key is already registered to this account. I can no longer activate the product I purchased. The key is displayed in my account, but I am unable to use it.
I cannot get in touch with a representative directly about my issue, and honestly, I have always found discussion groups not very helpful. However, if anyone can assist me, I would greatly appreciate it. But I believe this is an issue that would require someone from the software team. Thank you for any help.
