I'd like to start by saying that I've enjoyed using Sonarworks for my correction previously so I purchased a SoundID license for my home studio, only to find that I couldn't use it because I wasn't told when purchasing that it was, at the time, incompatible with the apollo x system.
I still own SoundID and would love to be using some version of it but the version I own is entirely useless with my system and I don't want to pay AGAIN to even be able to use what I initially was using before switching to the Apollo. I would like the option to trade the more expensive, but completely incompatible standalone license that I own currently for a version that will at the very least work with the Apollo X, which would mean I couldn't use the version I currently have anymore…
Sonarworks please don't leave users like me with no options, I didn't know I had to purchase or could purchase a specifically separate version of SoundID to even be able to use it at all.
