I put in a support request 3 days ago and have not gotten any kind of response. What do I have to do to get help with this product. I cannot even try to use this thing because I can't get past the first steps of loading my DADman profile.
I am trying to set up SoundID Reference and in the Measure app I am want to use the MTRX Studio integration. The Measure app asks me to load in my DADman profile but it will not take the file. I just get the “No file selected” and I am STUCK. I can't move past that screen or do any measurements. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I have tried saving my DADman profile under a different filename. I have restarted my system countless times.
Does anyone have any suggestions as it seems that support is just going to ignore me. Or I guess I should just return this and be done with it.

Have to say I agree. I read long thread on here talking about the Software launching on startup and there didn't seem to be any acknowledgement from Sonarworks support. This product doesn't seem to be very well supported at least on these forums as far as I can see.

No response from Sonarworks.
After 4 days I finally heard back from support. They indicated that they were very far behind on support requests.
They did give me a few suggestions to try and solve this issue and I think I finally figured it out. In the MTRX monitor profile configuration I removed unused groups at the bottom left of the window. I had some blank groups and some groups that were unused from when I first set up my MTRX and was learning how to configure my monitors. After clearing out all other outputs and removing these unused groups I was able to save that profile and then the Measure app recognized the profile file. I have also sent both versions of my profile files to support so that they can maybe figure out why it would not accept the profile file.
It is a shame this product is not better supported. I can say that now that I was able to run the measure app and export the eq settings to my MTRX my system sounds better than ever. I am actually blown away at the clarity this brought to my studio. I thought I had a pretty good setup but, wow, it was muddier than I realized. Great product when it works I guess.
