
At first, I thought maybe Corsair's iCue software is at fault and I should maybe reinstall this whole thing but still after doing that, unplugging/replugging the headphones, restarting the system did nothing to the SoundID working.
Whenever I try to start the hearing test it says
“Unable to start test”
Internal server problem occured while trying to start hearing test. Please try again later.
I tried looking for solutions on this but turns out no one had this problem before I guess.

Good luck, I've had this problem for 3 years and my ticket always just gets closed.
Corsair probably wants you to buy a newer headset like most peripheral sties.
I had the problem. I asked if I would lose my calibration after i the trial. They said calibration would remain. My sound stopped working so I ended up deleting it. My sound is back now.
