Activation and license stopped working

same thing here… frustrating… and I found no way to contact any support. 

Ja klasse bei mir das gleiche Problem,mein MacStudio stand als aktiviert und es funktioniert nicht,die Testversion funktionierte einwandfrei,aber jetzt wo ich meine für 209 € an Black Friday gekaufte Version benutzen wollte geht gar nichts ,habe alles per appclener gelöscht und auch UA Connet gelöscht und neu installiert,und jedesmal wenn ich es aktivieren möchte spring es in meinen Account drücke auf aktivieren und er springt zurück auf der Software und nichts funktioniert,

Klasse gerade neue Lautsprecher gekauft und diese wollte ich mal einmessen ,und es funktioniert nicht,

So wie ich das hier lese bin ich wohl nicht alleine,bei den es nicht funktioniert.

Die möchten doch bitte mal ihre Software aktualisieren,damit es auch vernünftig funktioniert.

Ja die Testversion funktionierte ja einwandfrei,und dann wollten sie mir eine neue Lizenz verkaufen,obwohl ich eine besitze,diese ist auch in meinen Account eingegeben,aber das activieren funktioniert nicht 

Same here. Second time it's just stopped. Frustrating thing is you don't notice when it happens mid-session and totally mix to your old uncalibrated speakers.

Closing this thread as the original issue and related comments are now resolved. All cases turned out to be license management issues with the Apollo X integration—specifically, a missing SoundID Reference base license or Apollo Monitor Correction (AMC) Add-on license.

• The original issue posted by Emanuel Fricker: AMC Add-on setup failed due to the SoundID Reference base license registered in a separate duplicate account (created via Apple’s “Hide my email"). Resolved via support in January.
• leifdrum AMC Add-on registered, but the base license was missing. Addressed in January via support.
• Thorsten Möller AMC Add-on registered, but the previously purchased base license was not. Resolved via support.
• Chris Flynn AMC Add-on registered, but base license not purchased. Resolved via support.

Reminder: To use any add-on (Apollo Monitor Correction or Virtual Monitoring), the SoundID Reference base license and the add-on license must both be registered in the same account.

I purchased an add-on license, but it keeps failing to recognize the license. I even deleted the license and re-registered it, but it still doesn't work. What the heck is wrong!
