I can't get sound id to give me the right distance between my speakers. it says 55 cm, and there is 115 cm. I have a brand new room, I have had reference 4 for the past several years and had no problem. I'm sitting here in my brand new studio, new focal solo 6 pc new desk new everything. new version of sound id. and now this program just can't understand anything? yes I have phantom power on, yes I have tried and set everything as on the website. yes I have tried everything on the web? yes i have the right cable. yes, I have control over the feedback loop from the speakers? somebody please tell me what the hell is going on here. please before i lose my mind
when i come to the point where i can type the measurment my self and i have to go throug the 37 step i get stuck in the first 1 of 37. i will not accept. ???????????????
