Cannot connect internet

Hi.

I bought SoundID Reference and signed up the site.

But Cannot sign in. 

“Please check your internet connection and refresh the page to continue.”

I can see only this message when I try to sign in.

I also tried connect on my mobile with 5G data. it works.

Only my desktop computer with wifi doesn,t work.

So I connected internet with hotspot from my mobile in my desktop, but failed ss well.

I turned off firewall and have done everything I can do, but failed.

Any solution please?
