voice ai broken

after entering the funky maze to install the trial for voice ai, I started Cubase 14, put voice.ai on a track, record 20 sec, try, then “something wrong ….”, your product doesn't work 
edit : and by the way, a plugin with tokens? When almost any computer could use voice changers nowadays? The disconnect is real
