Trying to update from SoundID Reference 5.9.2.5 to 5.12.1.8 is not doing anything!
No matter how many times I'm prompted to update the software, I'm still reading 5.9.2.5 by the time SoundID is relaunched even though the installation process shows no error messages.
I've tried everything – fully uninstalled and re-installed the product, restarted the computer, cleared browser cache and cookies, verified that there are no firewall or DNS restrictions, I'm not using any VPNs, and verified an optimal network connection.
I've noticed that within the install modules window, the ‘Customize’ option (shown below) only shows and by default selects 5.9.2.5 packages, there is no 5.12.1.8 content to be seen within these options.
Any response and help is greatly appreciated.
