Sound ID Apollo App - different HP Output?

Hello there,

I just purchased the Apollo App for Sound ID - what a great thing! The HP Outputs on my x8 now have the HP profile I chose, but the HP Output on my Twin (which is stacked) doesn't have it. Does anybody have a solution for that?
