SoundID Reference for Merging instead of Win/Mac

hello,

We've bought 3 licenses (SoundID Ref) for our sound studios equiped with Merging Anubis sound cards.
Unfortunalty we've then understood it's not the same SoundID References for Win/Mac and for an Merging Anubis sound card.

So we need to “convert” ours licenses so they can be used on the Anubis instead of the Mac. 

How can we proceed?
