Impossible to update Sound ID or re-install it, button remains grey even after deleting all files

Hi, 

I have tried updating my Sound ID program on 3 of my different computers unsuccesfully : after downloading the update, the installation procedure remains stuck with the button remaining grey. I have also uninstalled it totally on one of my PCs to check out a fresh install with no result, and now I have no way to reinstall the product. This is very annoying and I need this solved urgently.
