Hello i just bought sound id and i cant download the installer for windows 11. i tried to get the exe from a mac (yes i downloaded the windows file) and again i cant do the install. i cant reach the website also for sign in with me pc but i signed with my mac. i turned off antivirus windows defender i restarted my google chrome i also did everything you have in your troubleshooting page (https://support.sonarworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415850048530-Unable-to-download-SoundID-Reference-installer#h_01H7A7XB4S3W75MTF0SE6Z18WK) and nothing. what can i do? format is the last solution but i have projects in my c driver that i must deliver.
