Huge audio spike of massive db, high pitched

Sometimes on opening a plugin this huge audio spike appears, v high pitched, requires a force quit to close logic, seeing as ive already got issues with sound id that you cant help with, iam guessing this is sound id as well, other people have said they have issues with sound id.as you can see nothing in logic is making this sound, however my interface is registering it, sound id is the only thing changed, i also have other problems, if you check my history you will see.

Malcolm Jeffery thanks for posting!

Can you elaborate, please? What is the actual sound, is it audible, can you attach a sample? Does this sound disappear when you remove the SoundID Reference plugin? Thank you!

Its weird, it happens in logic, but only the rme interface and the totalmix software see it, its a very high audible sound, very high but not nice for my ears, luckily the speakers have thermal protection limiters on each part, tweeter mid and woofer, other wise damage may occur, the meters in total mix sometimes report over 700 db, cant see how thats possible, iam conatcting Apple, Rme and yourselves as iam totally at a loss to whats happening, cant record it, because once its started its outside logic?, as per picture no meters in logic hear it, other than a portable recorder, but i turn my monitors down quick, it requires a force quit to get going again, on some websites some people have mentioned sound id as a plugin in daw has caused them issues, this was not so on my old laptop with same plugins ect, others have said they have had this in Logic, its an old issue, but its new to me, and Rme have not answered yet, once it starts muting or removing all plugins in logic does nothing to stop it! Also just measured it, it is exactly 12000 hz.
