Voice Ai Glitching - Liaising Issue

Hi, I have the local machine version on a pretty powerful windows machine on Pro Tools 24.6 I'm wanting to use the Ai for background vocals and after I process the vocal audio, the new vocal playback doesn't start until 5 or so seconds later and no matter which Ai voice I use, if the range starts to climb just a bit, it completely glitches out as if it will only work in the “This is my voice” register but not like what is in the demo's or You Tube videos where they sound like a pro singer. My cpu, stays low and I have 64GB of ram so not sure what the issue is. Any recommendations? Thanks
