Lee Ashworth thanks for posting! We have seen the support request that you submitted too - glad to hear you have already found the solution and activated!  

Seems like there are a few unexpected trial/activation logic issues in the flow, they are currently being investigated for a fix. In case anyone else is having an issue with this:

If the ‘Activate’ button is missing after registering a Perpetual license key in your account, click on ‘Start trial’ instead. After doing so, the ‘Activate’ button will become available.

Sameish issue; the URLHandler link does absolutely nothing, stuck to retry…. Trying to (re)activate the 7 day trial as promised possible with version 2.

Did full reinstall, no effect, version info in image.

 

Arsi Virta this post if for a very specific issue: ‘Activate’ button not available in the account after registering a Perpetual license key (clicking on ‘Start trial’ resolves this, and the ‘Activate’ button then becomes available).
