Hi, how long does it ususally take for a new headphone profile to be added when a new model comes out? I'm looking at trying the Sennheiser HD 620 S and would be fine using a generic profile versus a custom one.

We are unable to provide any ETA for HD 620S specifically, although generally speaking, the entire Sennheiser 600 series tends to be pretty high on the list. I hope this helps. thanks for posting!
P.S. The individual headphone calibration service is temporarily unavailable, we are hoping to have it back in a few months or so.

Hey guys, what is going on with the progress of this?
I know of many 620s owners from Reddit who have sent in requests for this headphone for the past 1-2 years. Are you guys just not interested in supporting them? Is there something blocking you from getting this done?
I'll send you a pair of headphones myself if I have to, and I am also sure Sennheiser themselves would not hesitate to send a pair if need be.

People have been trying for years, they are not interested. I'm currently looking for an alternative to Sonarworks. I think I'll give Morphit a go, they've got the 620s profile.
