Is it possible to cross-grade Reference 4 to headphones only ?

Hi I own Reference 4 but use it only for headphones 

Now moved to a new m2 macstudio and wondering if its possible to cross grade to the headphone only version

I could not find a support email

Address to ask SW directly

Anyone ?

I'm afraid no, such an upgrade path is not available. If you have a Reference 4 Studio Edition license, the only available upgrade paths are to SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones, or the Multichannel version. See details here: Upgrade paths for Reference 3 and 4

Well, I just bought the cross grade to headphones only and now realize that I had Reference 4 Studio Edition.

I can't use my $88 product.

Now what?

Niels Bye Nielsen sorry to hear you're getting stuck! 

As explained above, there are no such crossgrade paths available - From Reference 4 Studio Edition, you can only upgrade to SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones. However, $88 actually sounds like the correct price for the correct upgrade, so perhaps there is a different issue here.
