Hi,
I can't hear KEISHA's voice preset ( my favorite by far) anymore though i've tried several times in many different ways .
BUT , in the same project , i can hear Sophia's voice preset .
Would you mind helping to understand how i can get to Keisha's voice again

Zoe Obianga Obam the Preset preview should be resolved with the new SoundID VocieAI 2.0 update, along with several other bug fixes - download here.

Zoe Obianga Obam can you elaborate with some more details? Is the issue taking place when applying a new processing instance, or is it when opening an existing project where the ‘Keisha’ voice is already applied?
