I have a pair of Adam A7V routed to my FiiO K9 amp/dac via balanced XLR.
This amp/dac sounds miles better than my Focusrite Scarlet Solo audio interface, but lacks a microphone XLR input to tune the speakers.
Anyone have a workaround to tune my monitors when connected to amp/dac, rather than having to use the interface on the speakers while tuning? Thanks!

senheardis thanks for posting!
You can easily use your preferred DAC or other device for output after performing the speaker measurements with you Focusrite (or any other device). Completing the measurements with one device, and then using a different device for the output will not make any measurable difference in the calibration precision.
Also, if you are an Adam A7V owner (or any other speaker from the ADAM A-series), remember that Sonarworks actually has a direct integration available for it. You can export and upload the calibration profile directly on the speaker DSP, which means you no longer have the need to run the SoundID Reference standalone app at all, as the calibration takes place directly on the hardware DSP. Here's how to do it: Exporting a calibration profile for ADAM Audio A Series speakers.
I hope this helps, thank you!
Okay this is great to know! I wasn't sure if swapping to a higher quality dac, post calibration, with more depth and soundstage, would ruin my readings. Thanks for the assurance!
