Unfortunately Sound ID Ref stand alone application does not play nice with the new Logic 11. Not sure if it's that or Sonoma, but I never had issues before. I wonder if there are issues with M2? The plugin simply does not work at all ever since being on Sonoma. Anyone having similar issues? I've seen people run the plugin on audio routing software controlling all built-in output, but trying to avoid that if possible. If that's the best route so be it!

I would suggest starting off by deleting the configuration file as guided in our article here.
If that does not work, reinstall the software by following the guide here. During the uninstallation process, make sure that everything as mentioned in the article, has been deleted.
From there download and install SoundID Reference and delete the plugin cache so the DAW will force rescan all the plugins: DAW plugin doesn't show up in Logic Pro
