Hello, I use protools ultimate with internal dolby atmos renderer.
Is there a way to use the sonarworks sound id with, to monitor in a 5.1.4 setup?

Thanks.

Hello Stefano Monzio Compagnoni,

Thank you for reaching out!

Here I have provided a setup guide for the native Dolby Atmos Renderer: Setting up on Pro Tools Ultimate with native Dolby Atmos Renderer.

This will allow you to understand the workflow in greater detail. Thanks!

Hello everybody, thanks for the reply

I have the possibility to use both DAR systems (internal to ProTools and standalone). What do you think is the best solution to make the most of your plugin? Should I use it within the PT session or copy the parameters exported to the external Atmos Renderer Suite?

Thanks in advance.

Best!

Hi.

I am also wondering how Sonarworks Multichannel works with the Protools Internal Dolby Atmos Renderer. I Don't think Martins' response answers this as I believe he is referring to the standalone app which allows cailbration profiles to be imported - the internal renderer does not allow this.

Can anyone shine a light on the work-around for monitoring the Protools Internal DAR in Protools, without purchasing additional hardware/software? Is it as simple as creating a Master Output Fader and sticking Sonarworks on that?

Many thanks!
