BUG : Standalone App plays Mono (Windows 11)

Hello

Two issues with SoundID Reference.

First one appeared after last update, and unable to fix even when installing previous version of Reference.

The Standalone software in Windows plays mono, whatever i do. When i switch back to RME soundcard direct output, it plays stereo. I tried to roll back to previous version of Reference, but it's the same. The VST app works fine though.

Second issue : every 2 weeks or so, Reference “forgets” my license and i have to connect to internet again and ask Reference to check for my License. This is super annoying, as my internet connection doesnt go to the studio. Please fix that.

Please also see if there are any VPN or Antivirus software running in the background that might be blocking the communication with our servers.

About the mono signal, what you could try is deleting the configuration file as that might help to solve the issue. Also, make sure that all other applications that might be utilizing the sound chain such as Voicemeeters, routing software are fully closed.
