I have a Sonarworks Reference plugin active on my final bus.
I know I have to disable it when I will render my project, to avoid distortions.
However, the plugin is throwing this message every time I OPEN THE PROJECT. I think nothing is rendered when opening a project, right?
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Rogério Dec if you already have bypassed the plugin for rendering, everything is correct - no need to worry. The notification is most likely unwarranted - there are some cases, like the VST3 format or specific DAWs, where the notification is not expected to work.
