But soundID often ask me to sign in online.
Is there a workaround to stay offline, maybe with ilok licence.

SoundID Reference does not have an offline mode, so if you are using the software offline, after about 10 days, it will ask you to reactivate the license. You can use SoundID Reference offline for up to those 10 days, but you will need to reactivate it eventually. For some more details, see our guide here: Can I use SoundID Reference offline?
