Is there a complete User Manual (other than Quick Guides and Articles) that we can download and print?
How is the Room Response Calibration Curve developed? Is it more than algerberically off-setting hot-spots, in order to flatten frequency response of q given monitor in a given room?
I'm concerned about the resulting calibration dialing in a flat response that is somewhat dull. I know the curve can be titled, etc. to suit, but ... Are the room modes, resonaances, etc. dealt with by the SoundID algorithm? Impulse analysis?
Using the SoundID In Standalone, after the calibrated curve is developed and applied, where in the signal chain is [it] inserted? Or is [it] considered a separate Mac Audio Output Device where the SoundID device integrates the real output device (RME ADI-2 Pro FS Outputs)? Aggregate Device?
In my setup, the system playback is rounted: Apple Music / Recorded Mix / Other > RME ADI-2 Pro FS > Active Monitors (2.0 + Sub). What would it look like if SoundID is active?
I am hoping this works well. As most I would guess, have been chasing this for decades! INMHO, the range between ~85Hz to ~8K is where flatness and clarity is critical, e.g., the deep bass and HF content beyond 6k -8k is typically pushed to suit the genre' audience! And of course … mix translation to small rooms and/or small speakers and back!
The main reason I started this post … after activating the resulting curve, I lost all playback! So I am chasing that . . . Cheeers

where can i find an operation manual?
is there a tutorial walkthrough video?
You will find the main setup guides here: SoundID Reference - Resources.
This page contains guides for all of the main use cases (Setting up on Headphones / Speakers / Multichannel, and Applying calibration with the standalone app / DAW plugin / integrated devices). It also features the microphone user manuals and eBooks. The Setup guides lead straight to the content in our Support Center, which also features video tutorials. Additionally, PDF guides are available on the Download page.
The reason for the emphasis on the Support Center content is to keep information up-to-date. Full-size PDF manuals are primitive and difficult to maintain, they get outdated quickly. The Support Center content is updated daily with the best available information, the latest updates, support and compatibility matters, etc.
