We did encounter some server issues on Tuesday, it's possible the crashing was related to that. Let me know whether the issue persists or if everything is working normally, thank you!
If you don't have a UAD device connected, but a crash is still occurring, please consider deleting the systemwide config file as well as the user and license files, see our guides below.
After clearing the files, you will have to log in again, and reactivate the license - I recommend doing this if the plugin is crashing as well, it sounds like it may be a corrupted license file issue.

I'm experiencing the same issue also + the plugin is crashing Cubase on opening sessions which is really throwing a spanner in the works
