Hi folks
I'm using the Headphones only software. Version. 5.1.1.64 I'm sorry to hear it cant run as a plug in. I'm happy to use the standalone version but I cant get it to respond. It seems to recognise my Focusrite audio device and I've picked my headphones from the list but when I play a song in my DAW the meters in SoundID are not moving. If I go to the various options in Transition Check such as Car, TV etc the sound doesn't change at all. I don't think my DAW is sending any signal to SoundID. The test tone isn't working either. The driver type drop list has two options. Windows Virtual audio to ASIO and Virtual ASIO to ASIO. I've tried each one but nothing happening. Am I missing a setting. I'm running Win10 by the way. My DAW is Cakewalk by Bandlab. Thanks guys. Xave

Hi, thanks for your post here, sorry to hear there are some issues encountered!
As in response to another of your posts, it would be recommended to install the latest SoundID Reference version via the Online installer (not using the 5.1.1.64 installer available on the downloads page as this is quite an old version and includes only the standalone app).
Is SoundID Reference set as the output device in your DAW? This way the signal can pass from the DAW to the SoundID Reference app, otherwise it will not be calibrated. Alternatively, you can use the SoundID Reference DAW plugin by placing it as the last plugin on your master bus.
