Every time my computer (2019 iMac, Ventura 13.4) goes dormant, when I wake it back up, SoundID reference is no longer recognized as an audio output path, even if the app is still open.
The only solution I've found is to manually quit and relaunch SoundID Reference, which is annoying. I've contacted support and they don't seem to know what to do. It's been happening to me for months.
Anyone else experience this?

Hi @Danny Harris,
Thanks for your post! Sorry to hear you have been encountering this problem. It has been a somewhat long-standing issue we are aware of and we have very recently released a new macOS driver update in a SoundID Reference beta version (5.7.3.1) that should address the issue you mentioned.
Please take a look at our Community post for more details and beta install instructions here: [NEW BETA] macOS driver update beta testing (SoundID Reference beta version 5.7.3.)
Let us know if you give the beta a try and whether the behavior is improved - we would really appreciate your feedback!
Best regards,
Zane
