Sonarworks Store payment options
Sonarworks Store offers various payment methods: card payment, Google Pay, UnionPay (Japan), various PayPal options, and split payment solutions. Payments in Sonarworks Store are SSL SECURE, 3D SECURE, and SHOPIFY SECURE.
Card payment - credit/debit card
Select the 'Credit card / Debit card' option during checkout if you're looking to use your bank card as the payment provider. Cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay (China and Japan), Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (The Netherlands), and EFTPOS (Australia) are supported. Enter your card and billing details, then click on 'Pay now' to proceed.
PayPal Express Checkout
PayPal Express Checkout is available during Checkout, and also straight from the Cart in Sonarworks Store. Once selected, it will take you to your PayPal account login page. After confirming, you will be redirected back to Checkout in Sonarworks Store, with your billing details auto-filled using your PayPal account information.
If you have ordered a physical product, the shipping costs will be added during the next step. After pressing on 'Continue to payment', you will enter the final Checkout stage, where you can review and edit all details, and place the order.
PayPal (regular and eCheck)
The regular PayPal option during checkout will redirect you to the PayPal account login page. Once confirmed, your linked bank account or credit/debit card will be used by to make the payment within PayPal. With PayPal payments, you also have the option to use eCheck which is an electronic payment funded by your bank account.
IMPORTANT! PayPal eCheck payments can take up to 6 business days to clear. Orders are only fulfilled only after the payment is received, so there is a delay expected. Similarly, the same delay is expected with any refunds, as the same payment method is used - contact your bank for details.
Klarna - split payments
Klarna is a service that supports split payments over a particular time period, available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Once Klarna is selected as a payment option, you will be redirected to their platform to fill in your details and make the payment.
Google Pay
During checkout, it's possible to select Google Pay. Follow the familiar instructions with the Google platform.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay can also be selected upon checkout and after following the known steps, you'll see the order details and confirmation.
Purchase options for SoundID VoiceAI Tokens
Below, we'll elaborate on which payment options are available when purchasing tokens for SoundID VoiceAI. In the Sonarworks Store, the currency will change based on your geolocation. If it doesn't do this automatically, make sure to disable VPN.
Note: When purchasing tokens, in order to see all other payment options mentioned above, outside of the standard payment link, make sure to select "Pay without link".
Payment & order confirmation
Once the payment has cleared, you should receive various confirmation emails and notifications from Sonarworks Store and the payment provider, depending on the notifications set up for that particular service.

*Including the amount of minutes purchased, if the order was for Tokens. - License details - email from Sonarworks Store containing your product license details, if a software product was purchased.
- Shipping information - various emails from Sonarworks Store containing your shipment status and tracking updates, if a physical product was purchased.
