Hello! I upgraded my computer. Then set the Reference 4. He asked to enter the activation key. I entered and saw that it was the last of the three licenses I spent! On this computer, I already had a key installed. But after the upgrade, the program activated one more! How should I be in this situation?

Hi Dmitry,
You can manage all of your active computers with our new account system! To deactivate any machine that's no longer in use, please create a new user account here.
Once you have registered and verified your e-mail address, add your Reference 4 activation key and deactivate any unused devices. This will allow you to transfer your license to a new machine. All of our licenses can be activated and used on three computers. Thank you!

Hi
I had a message after new update that i have reached a maximum of 3 devices on my sonarworks permanent.
So in my wisdom I deactivated two and it took the third with it .
Now i have zero devices .
I copied my licence key to the box below and pressed add
A red box appears and says licence key already in use.
I tried several times to reactivate to no avail.
I only use Sonarworks on one machine, so i assumed the updates were adding to the licences somehow.
A little baffling. I put a ticket in , but may have to wait an age for a reply.
Any quick fix appreciated as i want to get mixing again
All the Best
John

Hi everyone!
John's issue was resolved in a support ticket thread. The problem turned out to be that John had installed SoundID Reference and was trying to activate it with his Reference 4 activation key.
To clarify for anyone else encountering a similar issue: SoundID Reference is a brand new version of Reference, a new standalone product (it is a paid upgrade from Reference 4). Learn more here. Keep in mind that Reference 4 activation still works the same as before (different from the SoundID Reference activation process). See answers here:
