Room evaluation "halts" at first stage

I have just bought the software and am running for first time. 1st measture stage the countdown happens when I have positioned the mic 1cm from cone then nothing.  I have the last high beep of the countdown and then don't hear anything.. software moves straight to "measuring paused".. not telling me why.  I have an option to increase countdown or hit resume.. which does nothing. Increasting countdown does nothing but the same.  I have tried many times... I have mounted the mic 1cm away also so it's perfectly still and in place. Anyone have any suggestions please ?

    Hi Mark, 

    For everyone getting stuck with this  - here's the reason and a fix.

    We've had a couple of unlucky software releases last week with a serious Measure bug; we have since released a fixed version. Before you proceed, please update to the latest 4.1.9.1 version to make sure you're avoiding this. Find the download here and simply install over the existing SW software on your computer. 

    By the way, we've solved a few things with this new release, the main one being - there is now a dedicated 'Check For Headphone Profile Updates' function in the activation window for renewing all the profiles and downloading all the latest ones; this will also take care of the individual profiles. We have released 60 new profiles too!
