    Hi Mark, 

    For everyone getting stuck with this  - here's the reason and a fix.

    We've had a couple of unlucky software releases last week with a serious Measure bug; we have since released a fixed version. Before you proceed, please update to the latest version to make sure you're avoiding this. Find the download here and simply install over the existing SW software on your computer. 

    By the way, we've solved a few things with this new release, the main one being - there is now a dedicated 'Check For Headphone Profile Updates' function in the activation window for renewing all the profiles and downloading all the latest ones; this will also take care of the individual profiles. We have released 60 new profiles too!
