Sound ID Version 5.0.1.38 won't launch after Purchase/Sign in.

I've tried rolling back to a macOS backup & re-installing Sound ID.

There seems to be no Beta version higher than 5.0.1.38.

I'm close to refunding the Software and Mic...

Hi Jason,

I've had another look at your support ticket thread, and it seems that after some struggle everything was resolved. To elaborate, this was a specific bug with the 5.0.1.38 update release. There are, however, similar generic problems not connected to this bug, but manifesting in the same way. If anybody get's stuck with those, please see the solutions here (for both Reference 4 and SoundID Reference):
- Reference 4 Systemwide doesn't launch after update
- SoundID Reference app not launching after update
