Every time I restart my computer Sonarworks resets my interface to 44.1

I recently recalibrated my system after some room treatment changes. Since then my Systemwide plugin will reset my interface to 44.1 from 96 anytime I restart the computer or do something like edit the preset I'm using. 

When I reset my clock to 96 it will restore my system audio it will bring back system sounds like youtube or other web based audio but there are weird pops and other anomalies to the sound. 

My previous calibration file used to show that my system was set to 48 but I never had problems with the systemwide plugin when my interface clock was running at 96. I never gave it a second thought because everything worked just fine. I'm not sure how to fix this.

My OS is win 10, I use a motu 112d interface clocked by an apogee big ben.
