Using a DAC and an Interface for Calibration

I have a studio setup where my headphones and my speakers have a signal output from a USB DAC.

Where as my calibration mic is going to go directly into my Scarlett 18i20 interface.

Just wondering if this is going to affect calibration in any way or can I just proceed with calbration as usual. Wondering if there is anything I have to be concerned about?

    Hey Gordon,

    It is recommended that you use the same device (Scarlett 18i20) for both inputs and outputs when measuring.

    However, after the measurement, you can use the created profile with most other DACs/Interfaces with solid-state pre-amps.
