    Hi Steve,

Thank you for the post! Our apologies for the huge lag in the moderation time here! It's been a challenging year for the support team and the entire company, and unfortunately, we've been falling short on moderating this page as well as other important tasks.

I've had a look at the reports and I cannot see anything regarding JRiver that matches this description, so it looks like we've missed it. However, there have been some problems with the plugin slowing down the basic DAW functionality - the issue description matches. The problem is present on both Win and Mac (although for different reasons), the issue on Windows is mostly resolved, although there are still some things to polish up. There work is yet to be done on Mac, but there for that case, there is a fix/workaround available.

Can you clarify if the issue is still there? And if it is, can you double-check that it is to do with the Reference plugin and not with the Systemwide app (is the issue still there is if you turn off the Systemwide app completely)? If this is still a problem with the current v4.4.6.20 release, we'll create a support ticket and have a closer look. Thank you!

    Hi Kārlis,

No worries about the time taken to get back to me - perfectly understandable :)

The problem does seem to be fixed - and I haven't noticed the problem since about a week after my original post !

I'm on a windows machine, and I normally just have the vst plugin running inside JRiver. I started the Systemwide app just to check, and the problem still does not appear, so it all looks good :)

On a side note, thank you all for such a brilliant product - the difference it makes to my Elears is unbelievable, turning an 'ok' pair of cans into a truly enjoyable pair !
