    Hi Richard, 

     

    Apologies for missing this post! I'm assuming that this is already solved but I'll clarify for anyone else having this problem:

     

    The Systemwide app not launching after an update can sometimes be a problem due to failed settings configuration migration. We have made significant progress in this regard and the problem is very rare nowadays. But it can still appear under some circumstances. To fix this, the systemwide.db configuration file has to be deleted as described here: Reference 4 Systemwide doesn't launch after update

     

    I should, however, mention that we are currently dealing with another issue of Systemwide crashing on Windows after updating to v4.4.6.20, which looks very similar to the problem described above (but is in fact unrelated). This has already been fixed with our latest v4.4.7.34 Beta, which is publicly available in our regular online installer. See install instructions here: Beta software releases
