Should I mix with “extended” settings?

    The limit control settings are highly dependent on the speakers you're using. I would start with 12dB for the correction setting and 'extended' for both low and high limits, then go from there. In most cases limit controls are a lot of help with smaller speakers, for example trying aggressively correct for a lack of bass, resulting in an unreasonable loss of volume to avoid clipping. In a case like this for example it's good to have the option to limit that bass correction, to keep a healthy volume to work with.
