HF correction limit needed

    Absolutely agree, this is a must have. This has to do with small vertical movements of the mic during the measurement process. Only a few cm up or down can result in a couple of db cut/boosted around that area of frequencies...

    And there is already the "limit bandwith" feature which works, but only very low (<100Hz) and very high (>20Khz) frequencies are selectable.

    Thank you for your input, very much appreciated (and apologies for the moderation lag)!

     

    In our experience, pretty much all doubts of the correction accuracy users might have are cleared when the results are viewed and judged from the actual mix translation accuracy perspective. However, there are still many legit reasons for being able to adjust the correction in finer detail, as you have already pointed out. So yes, we are working on this, and although I cannot confirm any official timeframe for implementing this, I can confirm that this will be available in the next major/new release of Reference.

     

    So yes, this functionality will be implemented in the next version of Reference, but not within Reference 4. Stay tuned!
