    Hey Ben,

    No worries!
A new audio interface does not necessitate a new measurement, because in most cases they do not introduce much coloration to the output unless it employs tube amplification.

However, we do recommend remeasuring your room whenever more significant changes in your room or gear are made.

Would you consider a change in DAC to be a significant change?

Currently, my signal path is this (my calibration was for this):

MOTU 896MK3 --analog out--> Behringer Control2USB Monitor Controller --analog out--> Focal Shape Twin

Tomorrow, I'm changing the signal path to this:

MOTU 896MK3 --AES out--> Dangerous Music D-Box+ --analog out--> Focal Shape Twin

    What do you think?

    Hey Michael,

    Thank you for your question!
Referring to the Dangerous Music D-Box+ product description, it doesn't seem that the controller would in itself cause significant changes in the frequency response.
However, if possible we would recommend remeasuring your setup after this change as a precaution.
