    Hey,

If you are currently running macOS 10.14 and the Reference 4.3.3.95 version the cause might be that the Measure component would not ask for Microphone access, which stops it from receiving an audio signal.

We are working to provide a build that fixes it as soon as possible.

For now, you should be able to bypass the problem by uninstalling the current version of the measure and downloading an older one from this link.

Aftward the Measure should prompt the system to allow microphone access and it should restore full functionality of the software.

    Hi everyone,

The mic access problem has been solved and a new official release is out! The new 4.3.4.2 download is available here

Let us know if anyone's still having trouble with this, thanks!

    Hi Karlis,

I'm having the exact same problem with an Apollo Twin Mk2 Thunderbolt. Tried the newest version of systemwide, will now try the old one (4.2.2....)

    Annoying,
    Jürgen

    Hi Jürgen,

Please excuse the delay - we are still going through a huge increase in incoming workload so the Community Page has been neglected for a while as we're struggling to keep up with all inquiries!

Are you unable to grant the mic access still? See if you can grant mic access manually in System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy. Click on the lock icon to make changes and add Measure to the list manually. See the attached screenshot and let us know if that does the trick. Many thanks!
