    I have the same problem, I was going to re calibrate but this  "hardware disconnect" error come up.

    Seems that the OP has been in touch with support, but we've not managed to get any response in regards to the issue at hand. Here's what my colleague wrote:

    "Could you confirm that no other apps using your audio interface are open? The error might be caused by some other application or process trying to take exclusive control over your interface. Also, have you made sure that you have set your interface to 44.1kHz? 
    Are you using the latest version of our software? "

     

    Steve - could you check this? If you are stuck, let the support know and we'll get to it asap :)
