Reading and re-reading how to setup my UAD Apollo X with the new software integration I just purchased. I have the latest version of SoundID Reference and the latest UAD software version. Running Ventura on a Mac Studio Ultra.
My SoundID Reference does NOT have a new panel for “Integration Mode”. There is no where to select the Apollo X like in the diagram of the help page. Can someone PLEASE tell me what is going on???

Hello deepee42. Can you tell me how in the world you bought the add-on??? I only can find full pricing for the full version of SoundID Reference which I already own. How can I buy the Apollo integration add on by itself?

OK…. Minutes after I posted this UA released a software update. Everything working great now!!!

I am having the same issue and the latest UAD upgrade (1.2.1.371) doesn't make any difference. I have an Apollo Twin X Duo, and the latest version of SoundID Reference. Also running Ventura. My SoundID Reference does NOT have a new panel for “Integration Mode”. On top of everything my virtual monitoring add-on has now disappeared too. Very disappointing. Should have gone for the trial.

I actually got this sorted by downloading the latest UAD software (not console) update. Terrible experience if you are on a mac installing UAD software. But all good.
Yeah… if anyone else runs in to this issue, make sure you check uaudio.com for updates. All working beautifully here now…

Same issue, I purchased the add-on, I don't receive any emails, anything. This kind of mistake makes customers lose trust.

I've went through all the comments and it looks like everyone's issues are resolved. Most cases where the Integration Mode doesn't show up are indeed caused by one of the updates missing, so please make sure that all three updates are installed:

Alain Julot I can see that you purchased using a different email address (a Hotmail address, not the one used in your Sonarworks Account), so that's where the license details were delivered. I can also see that you have already canceled the order too, so if you want to give it another shot, please submit a support request and we'll assist with any issues you might get stuck with.
